Shipping policy

Every plaque is custom-made to order, and ships from our West London workshop. We don't hold pre-made stock, allowing us to create a bespoke plaque that's made specifically for you.

Production Time

All orders require 8–10 business days for production before dispatch.

This allows time for casting, finishing, quality inspection and careful packaging to ensure your plaque arrives in perfect condition.

Please note: production time is in addition to the shipping times below.

We offer free standard tracked shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.

For all other international destinations, we offer the following delivery options:

Delivery Information

  • Delivery estimates begin after your order has been handcrafted and dispatched.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
  • International customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
  • While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays caused by customs or courier networks are outside of our control.
