Refund policy
At The Plaque Workshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✓Unused and in its original condition
✓Returned in its original packaging where possible
✓Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at info@theplaqueworkshop.com. We'll provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Personalised & Custom Orders
As all personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we have made an error with your order. If there is an issue with your personalised item, please contact us and we'll be happy to put it right.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different product, the quickest option is to return the original item (where eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, except where required by law.
