Ordering your personalised plaque is simple. Follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.
Choose Your Product
Browse our range and select the plaque or sign you'd like to order.
Where applicable, choose your preferred size before moving on to personalisation.
Enter Your Personalisation
Add the wording you'd like engraved using the personalisation fields provided.
Then select your preferred:
- Font
- Finish
- Any available design options
Take your time to check spelling, punctuation and dates before continuing.
Preview Your Design
As you personalise your plaque, you'll see a live preview on the product page.
Please Note
The preview is intended as a guide only. Text alignment and spacing shown on screen may not be perfectly centred, but every order is professionally adjusted before production to ensure the finished plaque looks balanced and beautifully laid out.
Place Your Order
Once you're happy with your design, simply add the product to your basket and complete checkout.
We'll then begin preparing your order.
Design Approval
For more complex layouts or bespoke designs, we'll send you a digital proof for approval via email or WhatsApp before production begins.
Production will only start once we've received your approval.
Production Times
Our standard production time is:
8 to 10 business days
This begins once your order is confirmed, or after artwork approval where required.
